Drone Package is $150/per hour (Includes imagery of property and immediate aerial surroundings + town view if available)
*Please note that there are some locations are restricted for drone use.
360 INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL TOURS
Residential Real Estate & Rentals is $.13/per square foot
- Schematic Floor Plan (Property Measurement) is $25 extra per property
- Google Street View is $25 extra per property
- Still Photography is $25 extra (up to 25 photos and please note the imagery is taken directly from the 360 camera) per property
- Twilight Photography is $25 extra per property

*The pricing for aerial drone imagery and 360 interactive virtual tours is a one-time charge per each property. That includes all the scanning and editing with access to the completed imagery product. This pricing is for residential real estate and rentals ONLY.

Property Scan of <2,500 SF is a fee of $30/per month/per property Property Scan of >2,501-4,999 SF is a fee of $50/per month/per property
Property Scan of >5,000 SF is a fee of $75/per month/per property
Rentals
12 Month Rental Agreement available upon request. Save on your monthly hosting fee.
Travel Fee
We are a Colorado based company but will travel throughout the world if asked and paid.

- Within a 50-mile radius of zip code 80504 is $0
- Over 50-mile radius of zip code 80504 is $100 extra
Out of State is $500 extra + Approved Travel expenses paid by client
Out of USA is $1,500 extra + Approved travel expenses paid by client

Monthly Hosting Billing
You will be charged your monthly hosting fee on the date of scan for that month and then on the 1stof the month for the following full month. No prorating.
Cancel Monthly Hosting
Please contact A.I.R. at mary@absoluteimageryrecall.com to cancel your monthly hosting fee immediately to avoid being charged for the next month. Once you cancel your monthly hosting fee all access to the imagery link will be cancelled as well.
